Do you have a place you can sit in your house where the sunshine beams in its brightness? Preferably in the morning, but the afternoon/early evening works okay also.
I didn’t intentionally do this, but in my new house, my couch lines a wall of windows. That is where I sit in the morning and read my Bible, pray, practice gratitude, and read. As the sun rises, there is a point, when I turn my head and the sun shines on my face. I can feel the warmth and love to close my eyes and soak it in.
It’s not a long moment, but it calms me and brings me peace. I’ve found it’s a great way to start the day and get a little vitamin D.
As we go into the holiday season, if you need to slow down the pace, find a window, take a moment to pause, and soak in the sun.
Blessings,
Stephanie

You are never too old to live out your purpose. Since it’s basketball season, I’m recommending the book, Wake Up with Purpose!: What I’ve Learned in my First 100 Years by Sister Jean. Check it out here.
Shoutout to Canvas Rebel for the in-depth interview! I love sharing my story and helping others on their own book-writing journey.
